The art of being a shrink

As I was preparing my forth-coming posts I realized that they contained different topics of psychology on a large scale.

You could easily ask in the future why to dig into the topic so thoroughly from a manager position.
Why isn’t it just good to learn a bundle of strategy schemes, some good advice how to use web 2.0 for marketing and good tips how not to handle your on-going project for instance.

The answer is so obvious.
No manager exists as a totally separated individual. You have employees, superiors, colleagues, contracting partners. You negotiate, you discuss, you confront.
And you – hopefully – do it successfully.

You cannot avoid other humans. Who thinks, decides.
And to be honest, sometimes the biggest enemy of one is oneself.

Isn’t it just good to comprehend one of the biggest mystery of the globe: the human personality?
